cradled in the city’s embrace. It’s a pocket of peacefulness right amidst a flow of urban energy. At
the neighborhood’s center, Duboce Park offers a playground, picnic grounds, and ample space for
dogs to get their run on. It’s also here that all of the city’s streetcar lines split, so one can easily hop a
ride downtown, to the beach, or out to nearly any corner of San Francisco.
 
If what you want is too many options of places to eat, or shop, or sing karaoke, Duboce Triangle may
be your match. It’s a small neighborhood, but it’s within striking distance of everything from lush
greenery to flashing neon. Housing here is old school San Francisco-style, split between single- and
multi-family Victorians and Edwardians and modern condos and apartments. There are
supermarkets, hardware stores, and everything else—except maybe easy street parking. If you want
